Fiber Solutions

NetClear MM10 a high performance, laser optimized, 50 µm multimode fiber optic solution supporting data transmission up to and including 10 Gigabit Ethernet and 10 Gbps Fibre Channel.

NetClear solutions for Data Centers and SANs also include laser certified 50 and 62.5 um multimode fiber systems for customers who may not require 10 Gbps capabilities.

Laser certified 62.5 NetClear systems are optimized for 1 Gbps VCESL’s (vertical cavity surface lasers). They are also backward compatible with LED (light emitting diode) electronics, and provide excellent support for legacy applications to 1 Gbps. This fiber type provides an economical solution for lower speed systems with no application requirements beyond 1 Gbps.

Laser optimized 50 um multimode systems are also optimized for LED opto-electronics and provide 750 meter support for 1 Gbps and a maximum of 150 meter support for 10 Gbps VCSEL-based systems.

NetClear SM a high performance singlemode fiber optic solution providing virtually unlimited information carrying capacity to provide the longest life-cycle structured cabling system investment. Low water peak ITU G.652.D fiber is optimized for cost-effective CWDM (coarse wavelength division multiplexing) applications.
